the faulty hp desktop ( m9788d )

hp servicing only got few steps if your desktop keep freezing

  1. they will ask you " did you use any 3rd party software ? " ( if i dont use 3rd party software why i need a desktop ? )
  2. or they will ask you " any external hardware you have been using or installing ? "
  3. msconfig -> Services -> hide all Mircosoft services -> untick everything and press ok ( restarting PC )
  4. msconfig -> startup -> untick everything press ok ( restart PC )
  5. restart your Desktop keep pressing F10 till u reach bio setup screen press F5 ( default setting ) then save setting

but after this few steps there won't have much help lolx their procedure is stardard :)
for what my instinct told me that it should be the window vista 64-bit problem, because alot of people facing the same problem using this vista 64-bit.
